- Encourage, promote aid in and effect voluntary interchange of data, information, experiences, ideas and knowledge about methods, processes and techniques relating to the profession of physical and electronic security between members of the Association.
- Encourage and promote ethical and professional standards of works at the same time, to maintain and improve the standards of members in the security industry, thus, enhancing the status of members.
- Conduct and carry out other related activities as may be necessary, desirable or incidental to gaining recognition of the Association and the attainment of its purposes, including recognition of accomplishments in the field of security within businesses, industries and the Government.
- Publish, distribute and circulate pamphlets, newsletters, periodicals and other literature on security in furtherance of the objectives and activities of the Association.
- Hold conferences, symposia, seminars, forums and conduct training courses for the benefit of members who have vested interest in the security industry; and
- Do all things which are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objectives.
